Damn up side down coffee table!

Going down to the base the other day,slipped on the steps,and my neck found the leg of the upside down coffee table! Whoever left it there,was not thinking very good,but that's just the way it is sometimes!........Anyway,am glad it didn't go thru my neck,hell,it didn't even break the skin,just hurt like hell,bit of a wake up call!

Work

           Right now,it's Christmas break,and slow as hell! Two deliveries today,one where the mother told me her young daughter, had taken the money & bolted toward the back of the house! I smiled and laughed,as I've seen this kind of thing happen before!  The melting snow was not a nuisance at all, just rode slow. The ride home, directly into the wind,was a fucking bitch,wore me out!

Friends

       Another friend has left this world,and left her pain behind!............It has hit all her dear friends hard,as during her time her,she touched a lot of hearts! We are planning a memorial for her,friends from each part of her life,will be there!

Wee hours,of the morning!

       Ha,it's only 1:11am,but to me,these days,it's late!..........Yep,being a good boy,not getting into trouble,staying in,cause it's better to be rested for work,the next day......It used to be,sitting at the bar,making sure I could drink enough alcohol,before 2:00,only to feel like fucking shit,the next day. As I look back at that,and also think of the people sitting in a bar now,at their favorite bar stool,or table,my body only thinks of the ill affect!

Monday

         Got to work,feeling drained,not being able to sleep at night,due to a T.V.'s light flashing all night long! Not my T.V.,just owned by a rude person,who wants to argue the issue with me. So today, after work,went to Lowes and bought some studs & folding door,to keep it nice and dark,in my little room!.........The feeling of getting some peaceful sleep is making me a little more stress free,a much needed thing,in this day and time.

Off to work,I go!

        I am working 7 days a week,right now,about 4 hours a day....may not seem like a lot,but having to deal with the cold,can take it outta ya!.Make enough to pay my bills,and keep my head out of the deep ass water! It's also Holiday time,and all the students are at home,not ordering pizza from us,but,they will come back!

Delivering Pizza!

       What a fun job I have,been doing this off and on for years. This time,am on a delivery bicycle,made by Worksman,and let me tell ya,it is a beast to ride! Now with the pizza box on it,it is even more of one,but once going,it keeps on rolling a long,even thru mild snow!

Bicycles/motorcycles, two wheel machines! and wrecked stolen.........

             At the age of 11,stole a car,with 5 other boys,the driver was 14! We took the same car,a 62 Oldsmobile,so many times,we even had our own keys! Late in August of 68,we all slept out in the back shed,a club house. At 5 am,we got to the car,only this one time,it was parked in front of the Nova,up hill! So we had to push it,but I wouldn't get in the car,felt something was wrong. Well,peer pressure has it's ways,and in I got,sitting next to the very youngest of all of us. Off to pick up our bundles of newspapers,to deliver them,so we thought,but needed to pick up one more route,about 2 miles away.................We never made it,cause trying to take a turn at 100 m.p.h.,just don't work,instead,we hit the intersection,flew up,cause of the dip,and into the woods,landing in the creek bed. We were a fucking mess,the driver was hanging out of the windshield,stuck between the steering wheel and roof of the car,I was underneath,the two boys,that were in the front seat,cause I went outta the rear passenger door,landed in the creek,before the two up front,went outta the windshield! The other two,both brothers,were still in the car,somewhere amongst the newspapers...........................I was yelling at the top of my lungs,"HELP-HELP"!!!!!!,the driver told me to shut-up,or we get in trouble!,"HELP-HELP",I yelled. Turned out,help was on the way,a man,up the street,on W. Franklin,had dialed the first 3 numbers of the rescue squad,my mom woke up,thinking I had fallen down stairs. We only lived about 100 yards away,we wrecked at my school bus stop!..{Will finish this later}    Am back,and will try and finish this,lol.  My mom found us,by way of my yelling,{yep,I had a badass mother,tough as nails,sweet as could be},I was put in the ambulance and they were gonna take me only,till my mom told them,I just heard that one moan. I asked the driver if I should pray for myself and was told,you better pray for your buddy,guess I did,cause he lived,even though he was pronounced dead twice..............I woke up,not knowing where I was,looked to my left and saw the almost dead boy,told him to get up,we're gonna be late delivering our papers! Yep,I started young! Little did I know,I had both legs broken & my left elbow,bone came right on outta it! Almost dead boy had his leg broken,ribs,cuts all over his face,and messed up insides,liver,lung,and can't remember what else.........Now,back at the car,took them an hour & a half, to cut the driver out,he lost his speen,leg broken in two places ,I think. and cuts all over his face.the other one,think he was riding "shotgun",broke his leg,and cut up face,they all headbutted the windshield!...........They finally found the two brothers,underneath all our undelivered newspapers.{No one got newspapers that morning},one had dislocated his hip and the other broke his collarbone,a long with burns from the hot floor!..............Well,we made a name for ourselves,in St.Mary's Hospital,as we were a wild bunch,and for the most part,still are!                                  .

Bicycles/motorcycles, two wheel machines!

I love two wheels,have ever since I got my first bike,even with the training wheels. At the moment,I have 2 Schwinn bicycles,one is a 1956 Corvette,the other a 59 Jaguar,both came from the factory, with hand brakes and 3 speeds. The jag is torn apart,using the tank on the 56,which has a Nexus 3 speed coaster brake,ape hangers,newspaper basket,and my rat in a rat trap!............My friend has given me a Worksman Low gravity bike,which is going to be the delivery bike,for pizza. Also have an 1941, All American Wards Hawthorne, 2 speed New Departure rear hub,missing the tank and chain guard. It's got the shock master front end,with locking fork! Those are my bicycles,locked up with a New York chain & disc lock & Fahgettaboudit chain & lock,two badass chains & locks!.................Still have 3 Norton motorcycles,in pieces! Want to put one of them back on the road,but that's another story.
